Returns and Refunds Policy

At Kristina Journeys, we want you to be satisfied with every purchase. This policy explains how returns and refunds are handled when shopping with us.

Returns

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you may request a return. To be eligible, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery by contacting our support team. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as personal-use travel accessories or gear that has been visibly used cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed through cash at the time of return collection or arranged with our delivery partner, since we operate on a cash-on-delivery basis only.

Exchanges

If you prefer, we can arrange an exchange for the same item (if available) or a different product of equal value.
